Stream.JoinWeb's Term Of Agreement

Section 2.1. Term/Length of Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be month-to-month from the Effective Date of the Agreement or for the specified term of service as identified by the "Package" that Customer subscribes to. Terms of any written Stream.JoinWeb Ancillary Services Agreement between Stream.JoinWeb and Customer shall override any inconsistencies or contradictory term of this Agreement that may arise. For purposes of this Agreement, the "Effective Date" shall be the date on which Stream.JoinWeb delivers notification of account or service activation to Customer with regard to Customer's order.
